Purified water system for maintenance and cleaning
1.1 Maintenance and cleaning of the original water tank
1.1.1 Cleaning methods and cycles
Purify the raw water tank with purified water and rinse it with purified water once a week.
1.1.2 standards
With the naked eye can not see the suspended matter, should be clear, transparent, colorless and odorless.
1.2 Maintenance and cleaning of multi-media filter
1.2.1 Cleaning methods and cycles
Daily or out of water pressure difference> 0.05Mpa first backwash and then rinse.
1.2.2 standards
Re-wash the multi-media filter for 20 minutes.
Close the water supply valve of the pretreatment unit, close the upper inlet valve, open the lower inlet valve, open the outlet valve, close the water outlet valve, open the drain valve, close the activated carbon filter inlet valve and the lower inlet valve.
Start the original pump switch, observe the original pump rotor flowmeter, adjust the inlet valve, so that the rotor flow meter flow to the maximum flow, in order to facilitate multi-media filter flushing.
And then rinse the multi-media filter for 15 minutes.
Open the inlet valve, close the lower inlet valve, close the upper water valve, open the lower water valve, flush for 15 minutes, close the drain valve.
1.3 Maintenance and cleaning of activated carbon filter
1.3.1 Cleaning methods and cycles
Daily or out of water pressure difference> 0.05Mpa first backwash and then rinse.
1.3.2 standards
Re-wash the activated carbon filter for 20 minutes.
Close the inlet valve, open the lower inlet valve, close the lower water valve, open the upper water valve, open the drain valve, backwash for 20 minutes. 【Note】 activated carbon backwash, the raw water flow control at 00L / h, to prevent the recovery of activated carbon back up on the distribution. If the influent pressure increases, immediately turn to the rinse process, rinse for 1 to 2 minutes, and then continue to backwash.
The activated carbon filter is rinsing for 15 minutes.
Open the inlet valve, close the lower inlet valve, close the upper water valve, open the lower water valve, flush for 15 minutes, close the drain valve.
When the pretreatment of water in the residual chlorine content of more than 0.1mg / L, should be replaced by activated carbon filter media.
1.4 Reverse osmosis system maintenance and cleaning
1.4.1 Maintenance methods and cycles
Spring, autumn, winter every 2 days according to the standard operation of the purified water system for 2 hours.
The daily operation of the purified water system is carried out by standard operation every day for 2 hours.
1.4.1 standards
Reverse osmosis membrane components for three consecutive years, must be replaced by the equipment suppliers, water production in line with the production process and design requirements.
After the replacement of the reverse osmosis membrane module, the purified water system must be re-verified.
1.5EDI unit maintenance and cleaning
【Warning】 Before the maintenance and cleaning of the system, make sure the power supply is disconnected.
1.5.1 Maintenance methods and cycles
The EDI unit is used continuously for one year and must be maintained and regenerated by the equipment supplier.
1.5.2 standards
Production of water in line with the production process requirements: PH value <7, conductivity <2μs
1.6 tank, pipe cleaning, disinfection methods
1.6.1 Disinfection methods:
The system uses pure steam sterilization method for the purification of water storage tanks and pipes for disinfection. (Specify: the steam generator is not installed in place, the specific method of disinfection later added)
1.6.2 Disinfection cycle:
Tanks and pipes are disinfected once a month
1.6.3 Cleaning method:
After the steam is sterilized, the purified water is prepared and the water is pumped. The purified water is rinsed in the tank and the points of use. After 20 minutes, the effluent is discharged until the pH and the conductivity of the purified water are 5.10 .5.2 standard requirements.
